19 of Medvedev's twenty-one victories have been earned on hard courts

Success also means he has secured 21 victories at twenty-one distinct competitions.
"It's the first time I am participating in a tournament with my children at once, so to secure a championship is particularly special," commented tennis professional Medvedev.
"This title is in dedication of my second daughter Victoria, because the first title I won when my first daughter her name was born was for her."
Medvedev, the former major winner, had lost his last six championship matches, including in that event earlier this year.
Medvedev's defensive strategy and recurring outbursts on the playing surface had led observers to doubt if his ability to play at the highest level was concluded.
But the player has implemented adjustments in the past month, attempting to come to the net and compete assertively, supported by an enhanced serve.
The champion fought back from a disadvantage in the initial set against the tricky opponent, taking four of the last five exchanges to take the lead.
The pair exchanged break points in the second set before the challenger, attempting for his first professional victory, seized the initiative to create a final set.
Moutet rescued four initial chances in a tight deciding set before Medvedev secured a break to that score to close out the victory.
Suitably, the winner clinched the win with a shot at the net, with his opponent failing to manage a volley after over two and a half hours.
